HeartBeam, AccurKardia Begin Cardiac Monitoring Partnership

HeartBeam and AccurKardia have begun a strategic collaboration, which aims to enhance accessibility of cardiac monitoring solutions by making AccurKardia’s FDA-cleared AccurECG ECG analysis software available on HeartBeam’s devices.

HeartBeam’s credit card-sized, cable-free 3D ECG device captures the heart’s electrical signals in three non-coplanar directions, then synthesizes the signals into a 12-lead ECG using a personalized transformation matrix. The company plans to begin commercialization after earning FDA clearance for the 12-lead ECG synthesis software.

HeartBeam submitted its 510(k) application for the software at the end of January 2025.

Adding AccurKardia’s FDA-cleared, device-agnostic automated ECG interpretation solution into HeartBeam’s device will allow patients and physicians to get an automated rhythm assessment to facilitate quicker diagnosis and faster access to clinical care.
